I booked jio air fibre connection on 18th March
And paid the full amount of eight thousand rupees to the sales executive and got the booking scheduled for that day itself the jio fibre to get installed , I reached out to their costumer care asked them about the same , They told me the jio fibre would get installed on 26th March and on calling upon they informed the installation would be done today , But it didn’t not happen, Their team came but gave some stupid reason of not installing like the wire is short and the connection is to be taken from far off place , on 28th I received a message that the connection has been cancelled. On the calling the sales excutive he said I got it cancelled and will get the installation done tomorrow. Today is 2nd April and the installation is not done and when I asked the costumer care to cancel my request and refund they said we would initiate the same in 7 days which didn’t happen as well
This behaviour is extremely disturbing and I have faced a lot of loss in my studies because of this delay in connection.
