I have a JIO GigaFiber connection. It was not working as WiFi in my mobile(not listed in available networks even when I was standing next to it) So i lodged a complain. Then the events:
1) On 26-08-2022: “Your service request number is SR00001DFRKA. You will receive an update by 27/08/2022 08:47.”
2) With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 26-08-2022 : 13:00:00.
3) With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 28-08-2022 : 18:15:00.
4) On 28-08-2022 “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046 has been rescheduled as per your request.” I DID NOT REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE!
5) On 30-08-2022 “Your service request number is SR00001DJAEI. You will receive an update by 2022-09-01T12:35:50. ” This was a new service request raised by some lady with whom I had a conversation about my complaint not being addressed.
6) On 30-08-2022 “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 30-08-2022 : 15:00:00.”
And again on same day: “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 30-08-2022 : 17:30:00.”
Then at 05:11 PM : “With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DFRKA, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613581046 has been rescheduled as per your request.” I DID NOT REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE!
And on 31-08-2022 at 04:57 PM I get this SMS:
“Your service request number SR00001DFRKA for Engineer visit has been addressed. For any further support, please call us on 1800 896 9999 or write to [email protected], and if you are not satisfied with the resolution you can raise an appeal with Appellate at 1800 889 3999. Thank you, Team Jio We would love to hear your feedback on this complaint resolution. Click https://www.jio.com/survey/en-in/sr-survey?custid=SR00001DFRKA to share your feedback.”
Addressed? Without any engineer visiting my place? Without my issue getting resolved?
I called the appellate Number and was reassured of a quick resolution and that the SR was escalated.
As of 01-09-2022 01:13 pm no resolution. No engineer has called. I gave a call again to Appellate number with another lady answering the call. Same reassurances. Same hollow words. Again SR number changed to SR00001DKT8H.
It seems they change the SR No every 48 hours so on paper it appears your request is not old but relatively new! They are quick in asking for money but when it comes to service, it’s only reassurances. And they have the guts to ask us to rate their response! The days of physical offices with real people were better. At least they had to look into your eyes. Here, with JIO, there is no face! Who do you talk to? Only unknown faces, changing every time you make a call!

Kind of in a same situation here.
Same thing happened for me during the installation process then I got frustrated and placed an cancellation request SR00001DVN62 but there is no confirmation on cancellation ALSO
