Hello , I just installed the Jio gigafiber in My resident in Chennai . The installation took place on july 3 ,2019 . I was told by the jio team members that I’ll get the connection within 1 hr , but till now (july 28 ,2019) I didn’t receive my connection. I just called the customer care 30 times(no. 18008969999) till now for a proper Technition to rectify this issue and I mailed many times in customer care email too , but no response from their side . They are telling that you will get the technician ASAP. After so long when I asked for a disconnection and refund of my installation money same problem took place . None of them came till now for picking up the modem ,when I contacted with jio office in Chennai, they told they had nothing to do with it. The guy who installed is a bastard . He only created all this problem. His name is DILLI BABU (ph no. 9176334666) . I need a permanent solution for the issue which your team has created, if not then i have to file a complaint in consumer court under the guidance of consumer protection act of 1968.
