Three people came to my place , took my details and my money, said would install Jio Fibre day after. It’s been more than a week now, they don’t even pick up my calls. I have complained to Jio Fibre about 20 times, absolutely no resolution provided till date. I think the people working for Jio in local brach should be sacked or something. Pathetic service ,pathetic commitment , pathetic communication skills, pathetic traning, pathetic work ethics. It sincerely feels like I’ve contacted a third class company.
