Yesterday, I recharged the 239 plan. Jio mistakenly recharged me again, so they reversed my plan, but there is a refund option available in the wallet section and the bank section. Then I chose the Jio wallet section. Again, going through the wallet section, I couldn’t find the Jio wallet. So, where is the refund amount? I asked the customer support executive, and he said he didn’t know about that option. How can I refund the amount?
