I request for porting my number from airtel to jio 28 feb 2019 and the jio person told me that your number will be activated with in 5 days and after 2 days I got message from jio that on 6 jan 2019 my number will be activated at 6:00 AM but when I tried there was no signal till 9AM and around 10 am finally Got signal on my phone and after that i was unable to dial 1977 number tried 40 times. Then Finally I took number from my friend an called customer care still they were not able to look after the issue by 3 pm customer care representative told me that it is because of my phone 5s. After getting my phone recharged for 3 months and verifiying voice call I got to know that i will only be able to call from app only and for recieving purpose also I have to use the app.
Now for every coming call I have to first unlock my phone then only I can recieve call. What would I DO IF I COME Across any EMERGENCY. Do I have to open app first and then make call.
Bull shit this is . No one informed me about this. I just want to port my number today and get my funds back. Because of this feature I cant change my phone.
And stop taking customer lightly respect your customer and let them the loopholes before giving them your services.
Poor call center services. They disconnect the call in between. Poor jio facilities just because they need money they are making customer fool.
