I am very disappointed previously i was using tata docomo network but it was good but still i preferred for jio bcz as went through the reviews it was good network nd service but here worst part is not able to connect with customer care i hv been trying to all toll free number it oly gives the plan details but unable to connect with customer care .

Finally i am deciding to change my network and also previous agent did not help me properly and was very rude

Very bad experience. Nobody helped me out. I am using this network quite frm 3 years there is no proper network and unable to use internet even though I recharge every month I am not satisfied with the service given from customer care and Jio. I felt this is the best network but I am not satisfied they told me that everything will work fine in 60 days but still facing the same issue..
