I recharged my number on 1st September with 199 and I received a message as below from icici which is my bank account. However, no recharge done on my number. I reached out to icici as well and they gave me RRN no that this money is credited to the beneficiary account. It has been 30 days and I don’t know what happened to my money. Please refund.
