i registered a request to shift the jio fiber to a new location 3 and half month back. but the person who was supposed to do this said , we cant do it and on his end he marked this request as fullfilled and it shows now that jio fiber is installed in new location on their end. i have called many times and filed a complaint and requested for uninstalling this. but after every 3 days they say –
“Due to the overwhelming response to JioFiber across the country we are experiencing a surge of Orders. We might require some more time to do UNINSTALLATION of your connection for Order No.CO00008MIB60.
Our Jio Service Engineer will visit your premises within 3 days to complete the UNINSTALLATION.
Thank you for your co-operation.”
and this has been happening for over a month . i want full refund of this bad service asap. i have taken a new connection. Please take some action asap
