I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAIN IN JIO FIBER ABOUT THE SET TOP BOX.
NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SET TOP BOX AND GAVE IS A NON WORKING REMOTE.
AND SINCE 18 DAYS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ARENT SOLVING THE PROBLEM
THIS INCIDENT IS HAPPENING FROM 22/06/2022. AND I AM CONTACTING THEM SINCE 23/06/2022 ABOUT THE REMOTE
NOW THEY ARE SENDING THEIR PERSON AND ARE ASKING ME 600 FOR THE REMOTE.
THEY GAVE ME NEW SET TOP BOX WITH A DEFECTIVE REMOTE AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE ABOVE AMOUNT
