We have been meaning to install Jio TV at our residence for which we contacted the Jio Care and were directed to Jio Care Store nearby to our place in Vaishali.
The two Jio agents named Ravikant and Sachin whose contact number are +919625319610 and +919625319682 respectively have been befooling us sin e a week.
They told us to recharge Jio gigaFiber for a certain amount and we did, the they were like send us the information of activation of certain package ans that too we did, they they are like we will come tomorrow positively at 5 which they didn’t show up and started to ignore our calls, same thing happened next day and the next.
If this is the service of JIO then am aghast as to why they call themselves the best Network in the country or maybe they have hired morons who are letting their BIG BRAND name down.
Please help me in this matter.
