I am facing various problems from jio network. when there is electricity in village the jio network works smoothly but when the electricity of village goes off. jio tower also gets off in our area. Daily 3-4 hours our jio network goes in emergency mode even we cant do call or sms to anyone. we are buying higher data packs for continious data connection but if you can’t provide proper service then tell us we have other options. Even Airtel is providing better service than jio.
