1. when I try to call and reach for help, my time as well as service is rejected.
   
2. the ivr is damaged and is not proper.
3. The email queries are not answered properly.  I have had to send nearly 16 emails , even then the issue is resolved
4. no prompt response.
5. I would like to ask for reimbursement of the list time and money sending emails in between my work.

I would like to ask for a lakh money for wasting my time, just like the courts time.
