Porting done but new sim error

I applied for prepaid portability from Jio to Airtel on 22 December 2018.However, it has been over 10days, it is  ported successful complete but not show network new sim .I am go to airtel store but not help aritel executive  My mobile no(requested for porting) is 9811171444
