My name is biswajit shil. I live in west bengal. I’m a jio sim user.Today I recharged with 251 known as jio work from home plan. And in that plan’s terms and conditions section,it is clearly mentioned that 2gb data per day and jio to jio and jio to land line free call will be given for 51 days if someone recharge with 251.
But I’m still unable to call other jio number.then I called jio customer care they agreed with me and instructed to restart my phone then I will be able to call other jio number.
But this is not happening.
I called them again and they are telling me that it is not there in terms and conditions section.
But I have prove with me. I took the screenshots of that terms and conditions section of 251 plan.
So I request you to check the entire issue and help me out that I can get the right facilities which they have promised.
