Dear sir,
Jio Telecom stop my outgoing calls from 23/09/2019. without any information.
I have already recharged plan of 448/- for free unlimited calls & 2gb/day data. My Plan is Expire on 8/11/2019 but they stop my outgoing services without intimation from today & telling recharge plan to make calls. This is not fare of Jio telecom. I have many times to call Jio customer care regarding this issue but they cut my numbers.
So, I request you, please take action against Jio telecom because they are stop service without customer information. Jio telecom intimates daily to customer for recharge, messages & other information but why they did not inform to customer before stop service.
Jio telecom is harnessing their customers. So, please take action as soon as possible because I am not calling to important calls. I have registered complain on consumer care with docket No-1618591.
