Hi,
I stay in Mumbai and I am chasing technicians to visit and fix my WIFI since a long time
All appointments get scheduled but nobody calls or turns up
I am a platinum member and have paid for an annual subscription
I am throughly disappointed with their service and would like some action to be taken against them
I also would want a refund and like cancellation of this
Its a horrible and filthy service
Mukesh Ambani, you are just a greedy person who sold things cheap but didn’t look at this aspect. Lost all respect for you
