I have deposited Rs. 500 as security money to jio during prepaid to postpaid migration. At the time of postpaid to prepaid migration again 350 approx money taken.
As per their policy, I contacted them after 90 days for refund. Their online refund portal was showing my very old alternate number and sending OTP on that old number. That number was corporate number given by my employer and taken back by employer during resignation.
I requested jio customer care to change alternate number or send otp to my original number, but they denied to do so. So i asked them to tell another method to get refund.
They told me to drop a mail for refund with bank details. They said that your SR is raised, you will get response by 27th July 2024. Today they sent an update on my number and that was not understandable. I chatted with their customer support and they said that there is no pending amount. Check your f&f invoice.
I said that I haven’t received any f&f invoice then they reply to again drop email for this issue.
I tried to connect with their customer care , and they are not responding and during call escalation, they cutting my calls.
Requesting you yo please help me to get my security money back.
