The customer support on jio is worst just like it’s data services logged number of complaint some time they called their no complaint method only feedback service . My internet is stopped from 8 pm till 2 AM from last 21 days ( as I start using from the same) my work is impacted as I depend on that in work from home situation . Customer support are parrots only new sir this is temporary issue it will fix in 4 hour next day again same story same Loop .
One day you will also be like Aircel vodaphone airtel and you (employees) will be in trouble because company is paying to you from our money only and when we will be unsubscribed you will also be in trouble
