I had working jio sim card that i have been using since 8 to 10 months. Even i recharged my number week ago with 555 rupees.
My number “9373555355” this was working number i have ported this number from Vodafone to Jio few months back, and its a shame how jio could do something like this..
On Friday Night at approx 11.00PM 31st Jan 2020 this number suddenly went out of service no network nothing, after visiting local jio store the store person said i cannot find your number in our database. Its weird.
As the number was active since it is ported few months ago. I never ever afford to loose this number i have been using it from last 8 to 10 years and now this, even after submitting valid documents, jio customer care said you have lost your number due to document discrepancy and now you will never get it back again.
Please help me this.
