I had been using jio sim card for more than 4 yrs now and all my important documents and wallets are linked with that jio number. on 28 June, 2023 all of a sudden they blocked my Jio number and no one is clearly answering the calls from customer care.
Is this the price to pay for being a loyal Jio postpaid customer for the last 4 years..?? No warning, no information and sudden de-activation of my number.
Till now I am clueless as to what’s my fault here..?? this experience with Jio is turning out to be big harassments and metal and financial distress for me.
My ph number was almost like my identity and now with your action, I am stuck in the middle of so many financial and time consuming processes.. Because I can’t change anything without OTP.
Not sure how to express more on this. I have money stuck with several wallets and also Jio is silent about money security deposit and excess money paid in my account.. What kind of anarchy and fraud is this..??
Appreciate relevant authorities to look into the matter and provide fair and just resolution to this.
