I recharged with a 2999/ 1yr plan including Jio Subscriptions on May 27th but I couldn’t able to use the Subscription on Jio Apps again it is asking me to pay the amount to avail subscription. I have connected with Jio Advisors on a Toll-free number(198) but they didn’t resolve my issue they were saying like try again after some time but it is not working I tried a lot.
I’m going to file a Case on Jio Telecom for fraud advertisements while recharging. they didn’t provide any Subscriptions.
Kindly please resolve my issue to get all Subscription Content to my Mobile number
otherwise, I will file a Case and revert back to my 2999/ Year Plan.
