I visited jio store nearby me at pathapatnam (Srikakulam dist pin 532213.)
to port from bsnl to jio initially, they charged and process not completed for this reason I visited again and had a talk with store people.
they said for some reason and the process is not completed and asked me to pay again to start the same process. in this regard I am calling customer care many times for the past 3 weeks but I am unable to get a solution some are not even answering my qn.
so plz respond and take the necessary action
