I have Purchased New jio sim on 26.04.2019. i have missed the sim. Contact the jio store replace sim issued on 29.04.2019, but till date sim not active, i am contact the jio customer care, he told us contact to jio store another e-sim to be alloted. i have contact the jio store for five days, but jio store half door to be closed. i am mentally distrubed.
