I have an jio no and the sim card got damaged. I went to jio care with below address
Opposite Khash Bagh, Near police line, Ratanada, Jodhpur, 342011
This jio executive for sim replacement is asking for Rs 175/- and actual sim replacement cost is 25/- on which he is saying with aim replacement you have to buy a mobile stand and it is mandatory only sim replacement is not possible and with rude behaviour he thrown me out of the office.
I guess their is some serious problem with the store and the executive. He has sim card for new sim but not for sim replacement .
I traveled the whole day burning my fuel roaming around for sim but no sim replacement from jio.
