I’m beyond fed up with Jio’s careless treatment of my recurring complaint regarding audio issues with my STB remote. I’ve raised multiple service requests under ID SR00002HK9PH — all of them auto-closed without any action.
Let’s be clear:
– No engineer has EVER visited.
– I’ve received scripted SMS replies claiming “issue resolved remotely” — absolute nonsense.
– Their Twitter handle @JioCare promises action, then vanishes.
– Even after phone assurances that “this time an engineer will surely visit,” the latest request was again closed today — unresolved.
This is not a one-off failure. It’s a pattern of deliberate neglect. No accountability, no troubleshooting, just empty promises and shutdowns.
I’ve escalated to:
– Jio’s Appellate Authority via email
– Social media tagging @JioCare and @TRAI
Still, nothing. This isn’t just poor service — it’s wilful ignorance and harassment.
I demand:
1. A technician visit scheduled and honored
2. Full explanation for repeated auto-closures
3. Compensation for this extended mistreatment
