I have taken a Jio Air Fiber connection September 1, 2024 paying an amount of 2120.46 through a credit card with the reference number N0000122QWLR and the installation team came and setup the devises and connection promptly. Now, I relocated on June 28, 2025 to a nearby location hardly a kilometer away from the previous house and I called the agent, customer care and I was asked to raise a relocation request through the Jio app. I tried to raise a relocation request through the app as advised but it asks to pay and book, I was confused and checked with them why I need to pay when I had already paid for a year which is valid until Jan 2026, so they informed that the existing connection will not be re-installed, it will be cancelled and they will give a new connection. But whenever i tried to raise a relocation request it never allowed me to proceed further and popped an error “Something wen Wrong”, which I informed to the customer care and I was asked to send an email to jiofibercare@jio.com. attaching the error message. I did send an email as advised to the said email address attaching a screenshot of the error message and after two days received a reply stating that they will raise a cancellation of my connection and no refund will be given. I replied back to them stating clearly that I do not want a cancellation and need the same connection reinstalled. I still did not receive any concrete response from the company or team.
I also booked a new Jio Air Fiber through an offer I received when I recharged a Jio number and even for that nobody turned up for the installation!
