I have an jio no and the sim card got damaged. I went to jio care with below address
Habra My Jio Store, 29/14, Station Rd, Habra, West Bengal 743263
This jio executive for sim replacement is asking for Rs 210/- and actual sim replacement cost is 25/- on which he is saying with aim replacement you have to buy a new sim card and it is mandatory only sim replacement is not possible and with rude behaviour he thrown me out of the office.
