I have an jio no and the sim card got damaged. I went to jio care with below address
Govind Complex, Shop No 5, Cs No 1861 E Ward, 6th Ln, Rajarampuri, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416008
This jio executive for sim replacement is asking for Rs 180/- and actual sim replacement cost is 25/- on which he is saying with aim replacement you have to buy a mobile stand and it is mandatory only sim replacement is not possible and with rude behaviour he thrown me out of the office.
Then I went to the main head office of jio which is above reliance mall kolhapur. Mr sikander was incharge and after discussing this matter with Mr sikander he assured me to revisit the store as Mr sikander had called the store and had a word with the executive.
After giving assurance from Mr sikander I visited the store again and now the store executive is saying he is out of SIM card told me to visit after a week.
I guess their is some serious problem with the store and the executive. He has sim card for new sim but not for sim replacement .
I traveled the whole day burning my fuel roaming around for sim but no sim replacement from jio.
