Dear Jio Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with your online SIM purchase and KYC process.
I have already made the required payment three times, and each time your team confirmed that the Jio SIM would be delivered after completing KYC. However, despite completing all steps, I have still not received the SIM card. Now I am being informed that the amount will be refunded instead of providing the SIM, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
I would like to understand what is happening. Why was I charged multiple times if the SIM could not be delivered? This has caused unnecessary stress, delay, and loss of time.
I request you to immediately deliver my SIM card as originally promised, or process a full refund of all payments made without further delay.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.
