My jio sim reactive because customer care 198 answer me app ko sim ka upyog nhi he. I not understand mere sim ka upyog nhi mtlb me uska use kru ya use band rakhu jb chahe me use use kr skta hu… Jb mene sim buy kiya tabhi to jio company ne life time sim chalu rahega bola aur ab mera sim band kiya… Tri ka rules he to appne coustmer ko sim lete time ku nhi bola ki appka sim bnd ho jayega… Sb Fraud he sim hecho aur badle usko khud hi bnd kro. Govt ku nhi inke upar action leti ye to coustmer ko life time incoming free bolte he aur aaj band kiya mera sim…. Please i want solve my issue
