Dear Sir/Madam,
My younger brother had died on April 14 2021 due to Covid . After that his JIO number 9030745458, was not recharged regularly. Last month the SIM got deactivated and the number was became inactive. We went to JIO customer care to reactivate the sim with the ID proof of his wife and the death certificate of my brother. But JIO store denying to reactivate the sim without any reason.
As this number is linked to my brother’s bank and Aadhar accounts and we want to reactivate so that they can settle their dues with the concerned departments.
