My JIO Mobile number is 8904146157. I am lost my phone. I am already submitted required documents for duplicate sim card on 03.04.2019 at Jio service center Bagalkot Karnataka State. but till today that is not activated. yesterday i met them again on this matter they not respond properly.
In this regard, please take further needful action solve my problem immediately.
