Text of Complaint by Navneet Shamshery:

0n 2nd December 2018 at 10 am my jio plan shows me that I haven’t a active plan then I  call customer care . Customer care also told me that i haven’t active plan so I  recharge with 399 on myjio. After receiving message recharged successfully myjio plan shows me that my active plan is valid upto 30 December 2018?

Why myjio a/c shows me wrong validity?

What is my right validity date?

Return my money.
