I changed my JioFiber account from prepaid to postpaid on March 6th to avail the Jio set-top box facilities via the MyJio app. It has been more than a month, and I’m yet to receive the set-top box. I have called the JioCare number and complained to them numerous times Additionally, a Jio engineer visited my home, but they were unable to resolve the issue. However, I received a message from Jio stating that my issues had already been resolved. Everytime I call them, they respond in a roundabout manner. This situation is extremely frustrating and causing me significant stress.
