Been a few weeks since i paid 8000 rupees in advance for my jio fiber plan which includes almost all the ott apps like jio hotstar shemarro me netflix etc. But to use them i have to login using the stb first but i still haven’t received it even after paying for the plan. I can’t even use the ott services that i paid for due to this and customer support doesn’t even pick my calls. I keep trying everyday and they keep me on hold all the time. I have waited for even 15-20 minutes but they still don’t respond.
