On 8 August I purchased jio set top box from existing plan till now 14 September I do not receive the set top box and everybody just saying me to wait 48 hours 48 hours we will deliver them in most of the customer care calls they show that I received the setup box but I do not receive the set top box. They don not want to give me set top box. As per your phone call i wait only 14 September after that I will a case on your meerut team and jio fiber on 14 September. And this step is forced by you and your team to go consumer court and file a case on jio. I have all the proff of payment and call recording and emails.
I again request to to deliver my set top box till 14 September
otherwise I will take legal action against your company.
And please take this matter seriously and deliver my set top box till 14 September as you promised and said on email and call.
I hearbly again request you to deliver my set top box or refund my money back to my account of rupees 1180 for recharge and 1000 rupees of set top box total 2280. Till 14 September 2022. I really wait many days. You and your team not do anything about this case. Take it seriously.And i will not wait anymore.
