Dear Sir/Madam,
Request you please help me as in 1 month 2 times I have to Raised the Request two times and they are taking 3 workings days to Resolve the case as I have attached the complaint requests by paying the money still getting service late and I want to claim that the service due to error from there end why I should pay so I need jio Fiber should give me as the days which they have not provide me the service I will share u the screen shot of the mail send to them

I have complained to the jio fiber toll free no. 6 times via voice to the staffs, whatsapp chats and email about my Internet Router giving out Red LED light with no access to the internet for 5 days. Today is Date 07/08/2021 and I still have no internet since 03/08/2021. My balance will be over by the 13th of this Month. Today I filed my last complaint and still the customer executive could not find any record of previous complaint filed by me. Device no. 3897962303.
Today a Customer executive said there is outrage in the area, but yesterday I was solely the one without Green LED light in my router. Outrage or not I am not getting any internet. It is like I am completely cut off.
