Few months back conference call service was working fine but from last few days i’m unable make conference call with other operators number.
Also 198 number shared for complaints is to make fool of customers so make it specific for complaints not for other things.
One more thing, when i call customer care number there is no option to talk to customer care executives. I don’t understand if customer is not able to talk to any executive then how the customer’s problem resolved util they tell their problems.
