I have been using Jio service for more than an year now (on the same phone) it has been working great until this January since then i have face extremely slow speed.
I have contacted customer care but they are not able to provide any resolution or ETR. They claim to give 1.5 GB data per day however the speed that get is so slow that even on constant use throughout the day it wont be even 200MB.
I have walk around 300 meters away from my house to get a decent speed ofcourse i cant spend all my time roaming the streets. This seems to be a great inconvenience.
I want it to be resolved asap or i want compensation for the trouble i am facing which is not just the money. My time and the trouble to move out every now and then to use the internet.
However i have noticed that speed is good when i make calls and my network is moved to different band so i presume that jio is delibrately fixing the network to a lower band when not on call.
