My Jio Service Of OPTICAL FIBER Complain no-SR00002BM6EN on 13-04-2025 is logged but till today on 16-04-2025 the said complain is not resolved by my service provider.
we have called to respective representative of jio service provider on Mob-9236412709, AND 9670076962 SEVERAL TIMES for the SAME ISSUE BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE.
If this type of service is provided by JIO at Lucknow that what about other city
Kindly resolve the said issue on urgent baisse and do the needful
