have registered for my jio fibernet account and paid for the installation a very long time ago(on monday 28/04/2022) and no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response. It’s been 5 days but no proper reply from the team. I even tried calling their manager who is worse than his team member he even spoke rudely to me and my family that we weren’t giving him time to arrange for the installation. I don’t get what he is saying, is 10 days not enough or what????. I have never seen such a bad team.I think jio has to take severe actions over such matters. We invest in their company in the hope of getting good service but here they don’t even respond properly. I hope they never repeat this again and give value to your customers
