It’s been more than a week; I am not able to recharge my account hence my services have been stopped. tried multiple times using multiple platforms to complete the payment but of no use. also check with customer care executive multiple times without any use. I think Jio CC are not trained enough to handle a simple query and also, they don’t have any escalation matrix in place to handle the customer request/issue.
