Hi team
I have purchase JIO FIBER postpaid plan 30mbps with entertainment (399+100+gst) with ott and live tv and have paid rs. 3532.92 on dt. 31.01.2023.
i have been told by the sales representative that i will get 1 month extra validity and sony & colors channel in same plan.
but after payment and installation the sales representative not full fill his promises (1month extra validity and sony & colors channel). and also not answer the call.

They made wrong promises and not explaining plans correctly and forced me to buy the plan by duping me.
