HI,
My name is Chander kant and I am retailer with registered mob no on jio pos is 7018265799, last month i lost my phone & took new phone & now i dont have retailer id so I am unable to make recharges, 10-15 days Mr Santosh (Area Manager) came to me and asked that he will reset id, then he debited whole balance from my account.
But now he is not picking my calls. I also gave written complaint regarding this in local jio office. but till now I didnt get any revert.
Please look into matter.
