I incorrectly recharged a number thinking it was my number. My SIM was out of my phone for quite awhile. By the time I found the SIM to have it put back in a phone, I found it not working. So I recharged the number twice . First time thinking I only needed a small topup recharge, but it still didn’t show signs of working. so a second higher amount recharge was made thinking it needed me to buy a pack, and not just a top up. We waited till the next day for the number to start, but it did not. I contacted Jio customer complaints number who informed the number was no longer my own. From this I gathered it had been recycled. So I asked for my money to be refunded, but they refused and said they would not recharge it. Even speaking to multiple supervisors confirmed that they would in no way help me to retrieve my money back, and refused any assistance regarding the same
