I was contacted by one of the JIO Sales executive – Praveen, who had convinced to install Jio Fibre at my location and later after booking by paying 1000/-, he denies stating he had promised airfibre and not jio fibre. I am not interested in Jio air fibre, hence trying to get the refund of 1000/- I paid but none of them answer my calls and the helpdesk is also so useless to reach to the right team. Emails response is very poor.
