I have been wronged by Jio and their representatives. I am filing this compaint from jagatpura, Ahmedabad When applied for connection I have been asked Rs.1500 as deposit. When I inquired that why I am being asked for deposit when they conveyed on call that as per the recent scheme there is no installation charge and deposit. The executive Vishal Gor conveyed me that it’s just a paper formality when you’ll return the device, full amount will be refunded. After a month, when I tried returning the device as they conveyed that they will not relocate, I got a new connection and tried to return the old one. They mentally exhausted me for months even while returning the device, the scheme is that the pickup will happen in 15 days but they took 3 months just to pickup the device and conveyed me that I’ll receive the 500 from Jio Office and the rest 1k from the team who installed the device. When I contacted the team, they started blocking my number, not picking my calls, dodging my text, giving me false promises, talking to me in wrong and rude tone for almost a month. Then, the are saying that we admit Vishal Gor is wrong and because we received many complaints about him from different clients, we fired him but we’ll not refund your amount, “do whatever you want”, that we are not responsible for Vishal mistakes. Since, I was wronged by a representative or company, how can they just say that we are not responsible for wrong information spread by my empolyee. I am mentally and emotionally exhausted now. I am a student whose study is funded by an NGO. Rs.1000 is a big amount for me. Every person the Vishal Gor Team from Samir to Munaif Seikh mentally tormented me for months and talked with me in a bad tone like I am not asking back whats legally mine but theirs.
