I have make 2 recharge on my jio number from internet banking by 599₹ and 98₹ on 4 October but my recharge was fail but the balance was deducted from my account as per their policies I waited for 10 days for refund but till now I didn’t received my refund please review my complain I am attaching my internet recharge transaction
