I have two Jio connection with number as below.
1. Prepaid connection – +91-7123593630
2. Postpaid Connection – +91-7935714104
My pre paid connection was at my Nagpur resident. I had to move urgently and hence I did not deactivate the account. My set-up box is also probably taken from the premises. Pre paid connection is not active for more than two years now.
Yesterday while recharging my current active postpaid connection, by mistake, I recharged my older connection with ₹ 9897.84.
It is requested to cancel the prepaid connection (+91-7123593630) and refund me the amount and security deposit.
